Terms of Purchase
General
Multiply Solutions provides online printing services to customers in Sweden. Customers may be private individuals, associations, companies, or organizations (collectively referred to as the “Customer”). Sales are conducted through the Multiply Online Store. Separate terms and conditions apply to orders, purchases, and deliveries made through channels other than the Multiply Online Store.
By completing an order in the Online Store, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the processing of personal data in accordance with them. Multiply Solutions reserves the right to retain production samples, as well as statutory deposit and archive copies, in accordance with ALG 20.
Prices and Fees
Current prices, excluding VAT, are displayed in the Multiply Online Store when placing an order. Multiply Solutions reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. VAT of 25% will be added. A shipping fee of SEK 100 per order applies. The current shipping fee is displayed in the Multiply Online Store when placing an order.
Orders and Cancellations
Orders may only be placed through the Multiply Online Store unless otherwise agreed with Multiply Solutions. A binding agreement is formed when the Customer completes an order in the Online Store. Once the Customer has placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Customer may cancel an order by contacting Multiply at +46 (0)8-55 77 36 00 or ebutiken.support@multiplysolutions.se before Multiply Solutions has begun printing the order.
Payment
Payment may be made by invoice, VISA, Mastercard, or Swish. For invoice payments, the invoice will be sent to the Customer’s registered residential address (for private individuals) or registered postal address (for companies or organizations). Payment is due within thirty (30) days.
In the event of late or non-payment, default interest of 2% per month will be charged, together with a fee for a written payment reminder in the amount permitted under the Swedish Debt Collection Costs Act (1981:739), or any legislation replacing it.
A credit assessment will be carried out at the time of purchase, which may involve obtaining a credit report. If a credit report is obtained, a copy will be sent to the Customer. Card payments are processed by Swedbank Pay.
Delivery
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the Customer’s order leaves Multiply Solutions. Orders are normally shipped via DHL. The available delivery options for each order are displayed in the Online Store.
Multiply Solutions is responsible for the goods during delivery to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the goods when returning them to Multiply Solutions.
If the Customer fails to collect or accept a shipment, or if it is returned due to incorrectly provided information, Multiply Solutions will charge a fee to cover shipping and administrative costs, currently SEK 500.
Copyright
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any order and delivery based on materials supplied by the Customer do not infringe any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights. The Customer shall indemnify and hold Multiply Solutions harmless against any claims made by third parties arising from the fulfilment of the Customer’s order.
Complaints
If Multiply Solutions has provided a service that was performed incorrectly or inadequately, if the result of the service was damaged in transit, or if the shipment was lost in transit, the Customer must submit a written complaint to Multiply Solutions, which will then process the claim.
The complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect or deficiency was discovered or should have been discovered and must describe the nature of the issue. Complaints made by Customers who are private individuals will be assessed in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Services Act (1985:716).
Liability
The Customer is solely responsible for the quality of the original material on which the order is based and for ensuring that it is suitable for the service ordered. The Customer acknowledges that colours may differ between the original displayed on a screen and the printed product.
Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions and, for Customers who are private individuals, under the Swedish Consumer Services Act, Multiply Solutions accepts no liability for errors, defects, or delays. Multiply Solutions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage. Multiply Solutions reserves the right to correct any errors in the Multiply Online Store.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions currently in effect are available in the Multiply Online Store. Multiply Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion. Once the Customer has placed an order, Multiply Solutions may not change the terms applicable to that order.
Processing of Personal Data
Multiply Solutions processes the name, email address, postal address, and other information provided by Customers who are private individuals when registering or placing an order. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Customers who are private individuals consent to Multiply Solutions’ processing of their personal data as described above.
