How will my printed material be delivered?

We ship all orders with DHL.

For private individuals, the goods are delivered to the nearest pickup point (MyPack) to your address. You will receive a notification with details specific to your delivery. Home delivery is also available (Home Package), where the package(s) (up to 20 kg per package) will be delivered to your door during the day or evening, based on an agreement with Posten. It’s important to note in both cases that you must provide a mobile number for notification.

Can I pick up my order at the print shop?

This option is currently not available through the online store.

How is shipping damage handled?

If any box appears damaged, report it to the person making the delivery. They should note the damage before you sign for receipt. If damaged goods are not reported upon delivery, it may be difficult to obtain compensation from the carrier.
As the buyer, you are responsible for reporting any damaged goods to the carrier. If you cannot reach an agreement with the shipping company, please contact us immediately. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

How are returns handled?

Returns are not accepted without an approved claim. Always contact us before returning an item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Claims must be submitted within five business days.

Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?

At present, you can only specify one delivery address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your goods are shipped from the print shop on the specified delivery date. An additional 1–2 business days are required for transport.

Why haven’t my printed materials arrived?

Contact us, and we will get back to you with an update on your delivery.

How will my printed materials be packaged?

All printed materials are delivered in boxes bearing the Multiply logo.
