How does credit card payment work?
When you pay for your printed materials with a credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner PAYEX (www.payex.com) to ensure a fast and secure transaction. Here’s how it works: Once you’ve created the products you wish to order and chosen to proceed with payment, you will be redirected to PAYEX’s secure payment server. Select your credit card type (Visa or Mastercard), enter your card number and expiration date. A check will be performed to verify the card details and that sufficient funds are available. The amount will be deducted from your account. At this point, the customer and Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB have a binding agreement for the delivery of the ordered products.
Can I pay by invoice?
You can apply to pay by invoice when making your purchase. We reserve the right to perform a credit check. Once approved, you will receive an email with your login details for the site. The invoice will be sent to your registered address. The invoice must be paid so that the payment is received no later than 30 days after the invoice date. In the event of late or missed payment, interest on arrears of 2% per month will be added, along with a fee for a written payment reminder in accordance with the amount specified in the law (1981:739) on compensation for debt collection costs or any equivalent law that replaces it. At the time of purchase, a credit check will be performed, which in some cases involves obtaining a credit report. If a credit report is obtained, a copy will be sent to you by mail.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How will my printed material be delivered?
We primarily deliver with Business Parcel within Sweden, outside the Stockholm area. Within Stockholm, we deliver using our own couriers or trucks.
For private individuals, the goods are delivered to the nearest pickup point (MyPack) to your address. You will receive a notification with details specific to your case. Home delivery is also available (Home Package), where the package(s) (up to 20 kg per package) will be delivered to your door during the day or evening, as agreed with Posten. It’s important to note in both cases that a mobile number must be provided for notification.
How are transport damages handled?
If any box appears damaged, report it to the delivery person. They should make a note of it before you sign for the delivery. If damaged goods are not reported at the time of delivery, it is difficult to receive compensation from the shipping company. You, as the buyer, are responsible for reporting any damaged goods to the carrier. If an agreement cannot be reached with the shipping company, contact us immediately. However, we are not responsible for any transport damage.
How are returns handled?

ARTWORK
What are the requirements for a print-ready PDF?
When submitting digital artwork, it must always be saved and sent as a print-ready, high-resolution PDF. This means we cannot edit the material, only process it for printing. Your PDF must include 3 mm bleed, crop marks, and embedded fonts.
What does 4+4 colors and 4+0 colors mean?
The designation 4+4 colors refers to the color coverage on the front and back of the printed sheet. This means both the front and back are printed in 4-color. The designation 4+0 colors refers to the color coverage on the front and back of the printed sheet. This means the front is printed in 4-color, and the back is left unprinted (0-color).
What does ‘bleed’ mean?
All images that extend to the edge of the page must have a 3 mm bleed, otherwise you risk getting a white edge when trimmed. The file should always include crop marks.
Do I have to add bleed?
Yes, if the print goes all the way to the edges, bleed is needed — at least 3 mm — and in that case, crop marks must also be added.
What are crop marks?
Printing is always done on a sheet larger than the final product. The paper is then trimmed to the correct size. To indicate where it should be cut, so-called crop marks are used.
Why should all black text be set to 100% black only?
If black text, set at 100%, is composed of multiple colors, it can be difficult to align the individual color plates precisely, increasing the risk of misregistration. Colored text in small sizes can also increase the risk of misalignment.
This is how the color black is defined
If you want to define the color black (for solid areas) using CMYK colors, you get the best result by
välja: C=40 M=30 Y=0 K=100.
Black text and drawn lines should, however, be defined as C=0 M=0 Y=0 K=100.
What does it mean that the font is not included?
If you’ve used a non-standard font, there’s a high risk that your PDF will look different when opened on another computer. How you embed fonts depends entirely on your computer, software, or version. We recommend using InDesign and downloading our preset files for PDF export.
Which program is recommended for creating print-ready artwork?
All modern layout and graphic design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Can I send in print proofs or other examples for printing?
Of course, it’s possible. In that case, we recommend that you contact us.
Can my PDF contain images in RGB?
We recommend PDF/X-4, where both CMYK and RGB are allowed. All PDF files are run through a preflight program for verification.
What happens if my images have too much color?
The total ink coverage for an image should not exceed 280 percent on coated paper (250 percent for uncoated paper). In such cases, we reduce the ink coverage in our system, but cannot guarantee accurate color reproduction.
PMS colors
If you use PMS numbers, they will be converted to CMYK.
Will my print file be checked?
Once we have received your file, a standard check will be carried out. This check provides a basic review of the print file to assess its suitability for printing.
Can I get a print proof from you?
At present, we do not offer that as an option through this site.
What should I do if I want the Nordic Swan Ecolabel on my printed material?
Contact us if you want to label your printed material with the Nordic Swan or FSC® label.
